Business Development Executive

Summary:

Explore and develop strategies to increase and enhance business growth

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source for corporate clients using a variety of platforms

  • Identify new business opportunities and make business proposals

  • Conduct market research on industry trends and best practices

Personal Assistant

Summary:

Support the Manager with administrative duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the Manager’s diary, schedule meetings and appointments, screen calls and receive visitors

  • Liaising with external clients on behalf of the Manager for payment matters

  • Prepare proposals for the Manager

  • Other secretarial functions including but not limited to organizing mail and correspondence, filing, managing bills and expense claims

  • Assist Manager with personal administration matters including holiday arrangements and appointments

  • Provide support as needed for coordination of personal matters

  • Any ad-hoc matter that arises

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Singaporean or PRs only

  • Working experience for a minimum of 1-2 years an added advantage

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Possesses a recognized polytechnic diploma in any discipline

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word and Powerpoint) essential

Part-Time Event Promoter

Summary:

Event promoters are needed to promote food and goodies from 27 May to 17 July

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Raising awareness and promoting of product

  • Location will be in Town/Orchard area

  • Must be able to commit from 27 May - 17 July, including Weekends & Public holidays. (Flexibility of dates can be discussed)

  • Incentives will be given upon achieving sales target and full completion of schedules!

  • Training on sales and product will be provided

  • Facilitating sales to hit daily sales target
